Japan's 'sacrificial' elderly nuclear cleanup squad

We all know about the disaster in Japan which caused a big amount of radiation. Whole World helped them with all they have but danger is still there. The workers on Fukushima nuclear plant doing their best to clean up the radiation. Most of them are young workers who are getting radiation from dangerous zone. In a week two or more workers got high amount of radiation. After that more than 250 retirees wants to replace young workers working on the Fukushima nuclear plant. However, the government do not allow to replace them.
I really admire with those Japanese old people. This men are brave who wants to save the next generation of Japan even knowing that they are going to sacrifice themselves. They know young people are the future of Japan. In addition, they have a long life ahead and others do not want them live rest of their life being deadly sick. There is no way to get the benefit without loosing something. Even they are going to get high radiation, they are ready to release young workers from their duty.
I agree with the retiree's statement. I do not know what government is waiting for, "Make a way for old people".  They can do the work without being paid the salary because of their monthly pension instead of risking the future of young workers. In any case old men are unemployed comparing to young workers who are putting in a danger their career. Also, young people need to support their young families and they are the future of Japan who are going to build the society.
